The Senior Staff SRE will maintain Kubernetes platforms, manage infrastructure, implement tools, support engineers, and drive technical projects.

Own Roamless's web products end-to-end: set roadmap, run discovery and user interviews, partner with engineering/design/data to deliver iteratively, define success metrics and A/B tests, and work with marketing on positioning and adoption.

Build and operate production-grade model serving infrastructure, design deployment pipelines (blue/green, canary), implement autoscaling and multi-model serving, optimize GPU utilization and network throughput, set up observability and model registries, manage CI/CD for reproducible deployments, own full ML system lifecycle including on-call support and platform scalability.

Design, maintain, and optimize cloud infrastructure and CI/CD systems. Solve complex DevOps problems, support engineering teams, develop cloud migration strategies, and build tools to enable scalable, secure deployments.

Act as a strategic, customer-facing consultant embedded with clients to understand GTM challenges, translate needs into scoped internal projects, partner with Product/Engineering/Data to deliver solutions, present recommendations to stakeholders, drive adoption, and expand platform usage.

Build, maintain, and optimize Injective's React Native mobile trading app using TypeScript. Collaborate with Product, Design, and Backend teams, integrate backend APIs, triage issues, perform code reviews, and ensure cross-platform performance and reliability.

Provide operational mainframe support to minimize unplanned downtime, manage incidents per ITIL, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis, maintain documentation and CMDB, lead changes and projects, and train/consult with stakeholders to ensure service quality and compliance.
