As a Founding BDR, you will enhance outbound sales by developing a BDR function, creating strategies, and collaborating with multiple teams to drive leads.

Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, administer time tracking, ensure payroll tax compliance and reporting, handle garnishments and employee payroll inquiries, maintain HRIS tax configurations, collaborate with Tax/Finance, document and improve payroll SOPs, and support audits and system issue resolution.

Generate pipeline via outbound, inbound, and partner channels, co-sell with partners, maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene and forecasting, collaborate with pre-sales on solutions and pricing, and help define scalable GTM, sales processes, and revenue operations.

Build and maintain internal tools, data workflows, and web applications. Develop Python services, ETL and reporting pipelines, SQL queries, and AI-enabled internal tools (chatbot/agent) integrating with APIs and databases. Maintain backend APIs and frontends, improve reliability, observability, testing, and CI/CD, and collaborate with business users to deliver practical solutions.

Audit freight bills for complex accounts, verify carrier charges against customer rates, correct overcharges, maintain audit procedures, research balance-due bills, advise rate database staff, support customers, and train less experienced staff.

Lead and oversee full-cycle Infor ERP implementations (FSM, HCM, WFM, XM). Manage program governance, budgets, resources, risks, change management, cross-functional teams, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with corporate goals.

Build, maintain, and enhance backend systems and APIs for high-traffic products. Collaborate with product and engineering, design REST APIs, work with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), databases, testing, and Serverless/IaC to support cross-platform media experiences.

Develop and execute social media strategies to support marketing, recruitment, and enrollment. Create and publish written, graphic, photo, and video content; maintain editorial calendar; monitor channels and analytics; capture event media across the college service area; mentor student employees; and manage digital media assets and trends.
