Manages VOA Oregon’s annual giving program and a portfolio of 50–75 individual donors and prospects. Develops multichannel appeals, donor acquisition, retention, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies. Build and maintain a scalable AI travel management platform. Responsibilities include designing observability, monitoring, alerting, and reliability systems; managing and upgrading AWS infrastructure across environments; developing concurrent software; designing scalable database models; improving deployment speed; and contributing to backend architecture, security, testing, documentation, and software engineering standards.

Manages daily accounting operations, including general ledger maintenance, transaction recording, reconciliations, financial reporting, budgeting support, and month- and year-end close processes. Oversees invoicing, returns, credits, and accounts receivable collections; collaborates with procurement to improve cost efficiency; and supports external accountants and executive management.
