Manages purchasing activities from requisition through delivery, including supplier evaluation, bidding, negotiation, cost control, inventory optimization, logistics, and order documentation. Manage a $30M–$75M sustained customer base across Southern California, focusing on strategic/platinum accounts in aerospace, defense, medical, energy and industrial markets. Drive outside sales, generate ≥5% new profitable sales annually, plan territory with manager, grow accounts and products, resolve conflicts, and perform assigned projects.

Act as strategic finance partner to Marketing: manage budget allocation, build channel-level CAC/LTV and payback models, create repeatable performance reporting, size experiments and forecast impact, and integrate AI/automation to improve ROI and efficiency.

Leads learning and development strategy across a multi-site healthcare organization. Builds skills-based, data-driven, and AI-enabled learning programs; develops web-based LMS content; supports regulatory compliance, workforce capability, internal mobility, and employee development. Manages L&D staff, coaches employees, partners with executives and clinical leaders, measures program performance, and drives complex initiatives, change leadership, and continuous learning.

Leads Redwood’s strategic SAP and AWS alliances across partnership strategy, joint go-to-market, pipeline growth, deal execution, executive relationships, product roadmaps, partner KPIs, compliance, and ecosystem development. Collaborates with sales, marketing, Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, and operations to expand joint business opportunities and represent Redwood at partner events and industry forums.
