As a Market Launcher at Bounce, you will be responsible for signing businesses onto the platform, managing full-cycle sales from lead generation to onboarding, while targeting the US market.

Manage pre-suit personal injury cases: gather documents, investigate, verify coverage, negotiate with insurers, supervise a legal assistant, maintain client communication, schedule and monitor medical care, and prepare files for demand writers.

Lead positioning and run product and vertical sub-launches end-to-end: Product Hunt, landing pages, creative assets, comms, sales enablement, and customer proof. Work hands-on in Figma, direct designers/agencies, collaborate tightly with product and founders, and iterate weekly to scale launches across multiple ICPs.

Lead district sales and go-to-market expansion from initial states to nationwide adoption. Own full sales cycle—prospecting, demos, procurement, RFP responses, and closing—while building playbooks, managing CRM pipeline, shaping messaging, and representing Lilypad at conferences.

Inside Sales Representatives manage inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments for consultations, and ensure exceptional service for homeowners.

Design and develop theatrical stage products by defining requirements, creating CAD models, performing strength/FEA calculations, overseeing validation testing, supporting prototyping and manufacturability, and leading cross-functional project teams to deliver product improvements and cost reductions.

The Sales Development Representative will generate high-quality leads, engage school district leaders, schedule meetings for the sales team, and meet pipeline generation goals. Requires excellent relationship-building skills and previous experience in teaching and sales.

Build and own backend services, APIs, and data pipelines powering an AI automation engine for enterprise hardware engineering. Implement scalable, secure infrastructure for high-volume LLM calls, design-tool integrations (PLM, CAD, CAE), document and design data ingestion, and work directly with founders and customers to rapidly prototype and ship production features.

Builds and manages CRO programs (A/B and multivariate testing), analyzes user behavior and funnels, implements tests with developers, monitors KPIs, and reports findings. Uses analytics and session tools to identify conversion barriers, collaborates with marketing/SEO/sales, and maintains testing documentation and roadmaps.

Build and maintain integrations with cloud providers and third-party security tools; design data pipelines to normalize and validate diverse API inputs; implement authentication flows (OAuth2/OIDC/API keys); ensure reliability with error handling, retries, observability; document integrations and collaborate with engineering to deliver consistent data for downstream features.
