Lead and evolve the Corporate Actuarial function, overseeing loss reserving, claims actuarial, capital management, and actuarial studies. Provide analytical support to claims, manage capital/reinsurance topics, present to executives/board, drive automation and best practices, and coach and develop actuarial staff.

Develop scalable analytics assets and serve as the Power BI/Microsoft Fabric expert. Build and publish trusted datasets, semantic models, and dashboards; author Databricks workflows and production SQL; apply R for statistical analysis; ensure governance, versioning, and reproducibility; partner with stakeholders and Data Engineering to deliver high-impact insights, define KPIs, and communicate executive-ready recommendations.

Provide secretarial and administrative support to Partners, Directors and the Heathrow team: manage diaries, meetings, documents, client onboarding/admin, financial processing, reception cover, travel and office coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Design, implement, and support enterprise Windows server environments with emphasis on automation (MECM, PowerShell), AD/GPO administration, security controls, patching, virtualization, backup/DR, IIS management, and troubleshooting. Serve as escalation point, maintain documentation, collaborate with vendors, and support compliance and process improvement for a government contracting program.

Supervise daily operations of an all-electric mobility-on-demand transit service: support and train operators, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, handle service issues, coordinate with mechanics, track performance, and engage with the community.

Define and document business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, coordinate with stakeholders and developers, manage testing and UAT, streamline processes, recommend technology solutions, and support rollout and training for system implementations.
