Lead IT operations for a ~700-person multi-office architecture and engineering firm, overseeing Infrastructure, Cloud, and Service Desk. Improve service delivery, clarify ownership and escalation, enforce security and compliance policies, manage vendors and budgets, drive cloud migration and Azure development, implement ZTNA/SSE, and integrate technology for growth and acquisitions while partnering with leadership to align IT with business needs.

Sell and support industrial and commercial motors by developing customer relationships, creating proposals and quotations, tracking sales funnels, resolving complaints, attending trade shows, visiting customer sites, analyzing account metrics, and coordinating with internal teams to recommend solutions and improve the sales process.

Lead PERA's visual communications as senior creative and executive producer. Manage end-to-end video production, live/hybrid event broadcasts, graphic design, brand standards, and a small creative team. Translate complex retirement and investment content into clear visual storytelling across digital, print, and events while overseeing vendors, equipment, and production workflows.

Hands-on Chief Engineer responsible for maintaining and operating high-power tug machinery in a live port. Diagnose and fix faults under pressure, own engine-room condition, safety and readiness, support Master and crew, and work as part of a small professional team to keep tugs operational at all times.

Manage and grow an assigned B2B customer portfolio by building relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, executing account plans, maintaining CRM records, collaborating with internal teams for customer support, monitoring profitability and receivables, and representing the company at events as needed.
