Provide back-office operational support for member accounts including imaging, ACH, wire and Check 21 processing, ATM and iPay/RDC administration, IRA and deceased account maintenance, reconciliations, compliance adherence, and cross-training to support daily operations.

Lead month-end and year-end close, prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and executive reporting. Develops test procedures, performs CAN data collection/analysis, validates wireless technologies (RTLS, UWB/BLE, RFID), leads DFMEA and test readiness, troubleshoots field issues, coordinates with firmware, hardware, suppliers, and truck development teams, and documents test results and corrective actions.

Manage ongoing relationships with established mental health providers to retain and grow their practices. Conduct proactive outreach, run availability reviews, enable feature adoption, log interactions in HubSpot, escalate issues cross-functionally, and meet measurable activity and retention goals.

Design, develop, and support ServiceNow integrations and automations to replace legacy workflows. Build custom workflows with Flow Designer, develop and maintain web services/APIs and scripts, and ensure platform stability. Collaborate with stakeholders to scope solutions, provide senior application support and troubleshooting, participate in on-call rotation, and perform maintenance outside business hours.

Assist customers through the vehicle purchase process, learn Toyota products and technology, build long-term customer relationships, deliver an exceptional buying experience, follow up for repeat/referral business, and participate in ongoing training and coaching for professional development.

Provide administrative support for La Jornada: manage databases and reports, coordinate events and advertising, handle office supplies/equipment and billing documentation, take meeting minutes, perform basic bookkeeping, offer bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service, and provide notary and travel/driver-based duties as needed.

Partner with RH Gallery teams to drive Waterworks sales and brand presence via in-gallery expertise, training, merchandising, trade outreach, project pipeline management, and cross-functional collaboration. Support lead generation, specifications, marketing events, and client service while tracking performance and participating in networking and site visits.

Split role supporting full employee lifecycle: 50% recruiting coordination (posting jobs, screening, scheduling, ATS management, career fairs, candidate communication, onboarding) and 50% HR administration (HRIS maintenance, offer letters, background checks, I-9 and personnel file management, benefits logistics, compliance, offboarding, employee support).
