Provide manufacturing engineering support for rocket engine test campaigns: develop work instructions and test plans, manage hardware configuration and spares, direct technicians, troubleshoot and disposition non-conformances, improve tooling/processes, perform drawing reviews, and coordinate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to support safe, reliable, and timely test operations.

Lead development and standardization of manufacturing processes for rocket engine testing: define fabrication and test plans, configuration management, tooling and work instructions, mentor engineers, drive continuous improvement (kaizen), evaluate new technologies, and support scaling and test operations with up to 25% travel and shift work as needed.

Support 300mm wafer fab manufacturing by developing and implementing process/procedure improvements, performing lot/equipment dispositions, supporting tool startups and process experiments, analyzing data, resolving problems, and collaborating across teams to improve yield, efficiency, cost, and quality during rapid ramp and high-interrupt production.

Provide hands-on production support and lead root-cause investigations (5-Why, Fishbone). Implement CAPA, define rework/salvage, prepare ECOs, analyze manufacturing and quality data, support MRB/RMA, drive continuous improvement, and maintain technical documentation while collaborating cross-functionally.

Develop, integrate, and sustain manufacturing execution system tools to support production. Perform requirement gathering, data analysis, and application development (C#/.NET, Blazor, SQL, LINQ). Collaborate with cross-functional teams, troubleshoot anomalies, and improve data visibility and operational efficiency. Work on-site in a manufacturing/test environment and follow Lean/Six Sigma practices.
