Mentor engineers and collaborate with product, operations, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure scalable, safe production systems.

Support the Material Review Board by evaluating non-conforming materials, determining dispositions, maintaining MRB records, recommending CAPAs, participating in MRB meetings, collaborating with engineering/quality/manufacturing teams, and supporting continuous improvement and compliance.
