Own tooling lifecycle for complex aerospace assemblies: design jigs, fixtures, molds, gauges and handling tooling; perform FEA and tolerance validation; produce complete tool design packages; lead reviews; manage fabrication, shop-floor prove-out, and first-article metrology; create PM, setup, and inspection documentation.

Lead mechanical design of rugged, deployable Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for next-generation UAS. Create CAD models and drawings, perform structural/thermal/fatigue analyses, run trade studies, oversee prototyping and testing, develop technical documentation, collaborate with manufacturing/suppliers, and support flight test campaigns to meet military and aviation standards.

Lead electrical engineering and design for heavy industrial consulting projects. Develop and check electrical documentation (load lists, single-line diagrams, motor elementaries, layouts, grounding, lighting, power plans), coordinate with disciplines and vendors, manage schedules, mentor and lead engineering teams, travel to client sites, and ensure compliance with NEC and hazardous-area requirements.

Design and develop digital High-Speed I/O (HSIO) PHY IP and die-to-die (chiplet) interfaces. Own end-to-end digital design flow, collaborate with system and analog teams, optimize architectures, and apply SI/PI modeling and protocol expertise (AXI/CHI/CXL/PCIe/etc.) to production AI SoC platforms.

Design, test, and support electrical systems for HVAC products including schematics, wiring diagrams, control systems, validation, troubleshooting, documentation, and cross-functional integration to meet safety and regulatory standards.

Design, develop, and support mechanical products and packaging for production. Create drawings and layouts, troubleshoot designs, implement process and packaging improvements, lead projects, and mentor junior designers while ensuring compliance with customer specifications and ITAR requirements.
