Provide functional support and configuration for Oracle Cloud ERP and Oracle EBS R12 across AR, AP, GL, Projects, Costing, Fusion Tax, and O2C/P2P. Translate business requirements into functional specs, troubleshoot incidents within SLAs, write and tune SQL, manage integrations (OIC, REST/SOAP, EDI), maintain reports (OTBI/BI Publisher), support updates/patching, and produce documentation and training materials.

Design, develop, execute, and analyze mission-level models and simulations to inform system performance, sensor/weapon effectiveness, and operational decisions. Build and validate physics-based models, run large-scale Monte Carlo/DOE campaigns, apply rigorous statistical methods, develop Python/MATLAB analysis pipelines, and present defensible findings to technical and senior leadership. Partner with cross-functional teams and support customer-facing engagements.
