Job DescriptionResponsibilities
Function as a versatile business team member contributing to hiring, HR, and business operations
Develop strategic staffing and operational scalability plans
Design and support office operations and procedures
Partner with hiring managers to develop and execute an amazing, high-touch candidate experience: sourcing best-in-class candidates, conducting outreach, and scheduling interviews
Manage and run the training and on-boarding process for all new employees
