Leads South Carolina fundraising strategy and a development team responsible for raising $4.5 million annually. Cultivates and solicits major and principal donors, foundations, corporations, and partners; manages campaigns, planned giving, endowments, donor portfolios, budgets, and reporting. Requires willingness to travel for training, relocate for permanent assignment, work in office and field environments, and occasionally drive between locations and job sites.

Develops business opportunities and project pipelines across South Carolina, builds relationships with public and institutional clients and industry partners, and leads RFQ/RFP pursuits, proposals, presentations, and interviews. Responsibilities include market research, prospecting, relationship building, regional growth strategy, RFQ/RFP qualification, pursuit coordination, proposal and interview development, Salesforce pipeline management, and representing the company at industry and community events. The role requires construction-industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple pursuits and travel as needed.
