Leads project controls and financial management for government contracts, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value, estimates at completion, cost and variance analysis, cash flow, billing, accruals, and compliance. Maintains project baselines, schedules, funding, risks, and opportunities while supporting contract reporting under FAR, CAS, and U.S. GAAP. Collaborates with program teams and customers, improves processes, resolves complex issues, and mentors colleagues.
