Outside Sales Representative works within a territory to engage qualified leads, perform in-home presentations, design customized security and automation solutions, overcome objections, close sales, and meet financial goals. The role is commission-only (paid weekly), requires independent, self-motivated work, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and frequent outdoor activity.

Provides confidential administrative and secretarial support: manages calendars and travel, screens communications, greets visitors, organizes meetings/events, maintains records/databases, assists budgeting and reporting, coordinates supplies/equipment/facilities, composes correspondence, supports projects and staff supervision, and recommends process improvements to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Analyze business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, monitor KPIs, run stakeholder workshops, and prepare reports to improve e-learning solutions and operational efficiency for veterans.

The role involves managing large industrial projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring coordination between teams, clients, and suppliers, while adhering to quality, cost, and scheduling requirements.
