Generate and handle inbound/outbound customer calls to create sales leads and appointments, deliver exceptional service, communicate clearly with customers, and support dealership sales goals. Requires prior call-center and sales experience, high energy, and strong interpersonal skills.

Teach customers to use vehicle technology (Ford SYNC, Apple CarPlay, Travel Link), pair mobile devices, troubleshoot remotely and in-person, schedule trainings, support sales and service teams, demonstrate and drive vehicles, and deliver exceptional customer service.

Design and implement eCommerce website layouts and UI, focusing on responsive design, typography, branding, media, and troubleshooting. Collaborate on building web products and ensure up-to-date UI patterns and user experience across platforms.

Sell vehicles and support customers at a high-volume dealership. Build relationships, present product features, negotiate sales, use basic computer tools, and maintain a professional appearance. Participate in training and pursue sales targets with potential earnings up to $100,000 per year.
