Manage inbound phone and internet leads, follow up using a CRM, complete manufacturer training, ensure daily CRM tasks and customer manifest follow-up, and deliver excellent customer service to support sales and retention.

Provide first- and second-level IT support: triage incoming tickets across channels, diagnose and resolve issues or escalate, maintain ITSM records, support data center availability, handle access requests, and create knowledge-base articles.

Provide clerical support for the Contracts team and Business Office: process EDRS via NV DMV, review sales contracts, prepare overnight deal packages and outgoing mail, manage trade vehicle payoffs and checks, and coordinate interdepartmental communications in a process-driven environment.

Respond to high-volume internet leads via email, phone, and in person. Help guests select vehicles, provide product knowledge, deliver excellent customer service, and meet sales goals. Participate in training and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have valid driver’s license and insurable driving record.

Lead public road-load data collection using DAQ systems; configure and record onboard CAN and external sensors; manage field logistics and driving; perform daily data integrity checks and uploads; document instrumentation, wiring, and calibrations; clean and analyze data (nCode or similar); troubleshoot instrumentation; follow EV high-voltage safety protocols; collaborate with durability teams.
