Lead multi-channel digital marketing for 4WP and ORW: plan and execute paid media, social, email/SMS, CRM, web and eCommerce campaigns; manage team and agencies; optimize customer journeys, creative assets, budgets, tracking, and performance reporting to drive traffic, conversions, and retention.

Support continuous improvement and integration of electrical and process automation systems in a steel manufacturing plant. Identify and implement process and equipment improvements, develop standards, coach/train production and maintenance staff, coordinate with supervisors and managers, and support automation training and development activities.

Design, develop, and maintain diesel engine products, systems, components and accessories. Produce detailed layouts and schematics, coordinate prototype manufacturing, define and run tests, analyze results, and resolve design or manufacturing issues.
