Serve as primary plant HR contact and represent the employer at community recruiting events.

Guide customers through vehicle selection, demonstrate features and test drives, assist with financing and sales applications, follow up on leads, collaborate with sales managers, and maintain an attractive, organized lot to meet sales goals.

Sell Buick and GMC vehicles by delivering excellent customer service, meeting or exceeding sales targets, using CRM and basic computer tools, collaborating with the team, maintaining a professional appearance, and working a flexible schedule including Saturdays (one weekend off per month). Valid drivers license and clean driving record required.
