Lead the automotive sales organization across new and used vehicles, finance and insurance, inventory, pricing, CRM, sales processes, recruiting, training, and profitability. Coach managers and salespeople, desk deals, appraise vehicles, review performance, enforce accountability, and drive growth while partnering with executive leadership.

Supports the accounting department by maintaining general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset, and reimbursement records.
