Lead Lightship’s financial strategy and operations as it scales electric RV manufacturing. Own FP&A, integrated financial modeling, product finance, cost accounting, treasury, working capital, accounting oversight, controls, compliance, fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting. Partner with executives on pricing, capital allocation, operational decisions, and margin improvement while building a high-performing finance team and scalable finance systems.

Manages the dealership’s front desk, answers and transfers calls, welcomes showroom visitors, directs customers to appropriate departments, records customer information, prepares reports, performs data entry and clerical tasks, handles mail, and maintains a professional reception area. Requires flexible scheduling, customer communication skills, professional appearance, a clean driving record, and willingness to complete drug screening and background checks.

Leads daily car wash operations, develops and coaches team members, maintains facility safety and cleanliness, monitors KPIs and labor costs, executes business strategies, ensures compliance, and builds a positive customer-focused culture.
