Position Overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Audi Technologist who is passionate about creating outstanding experiences and helping customers fully enjoy all the features and technology their vehicle has to offer.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy, and genuinely enjoys helping people. This role will serve as the dealership's technology expert, conducting personalized vehicle delivery appointments, follow-up technology sessions, and in-home consultations while building long-term customer relationships.

As the role evolves, responsibilities may expand into customer acquisition, prospect engagement, and ownership retention initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience & Technology Education
  • Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction.
  • Conduct personalized vehicle technology demonstrations for new owners.
  • Educate customers on Audi vehicle features, connectivity, driver assistance systems, infotainment, mobile applications, and available services.
  • Answer customer questions with patience, professionalism, and enthusiasm.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure they are comfortable using their vehicle's technology.
  • Create a welcoming, pressure-free learning environment for customers of all experience levels.
Appointment & Relationship Management
  • Schedule and manage technology appointments at the dealership and customer homes or businesses.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and completed training sessions.
  • Proactively contact customers who may benefit from additional technology guidance.
  • Coordinate with sales, service, and management teams to ensure a seamless ownership experience.
  • Assist customers throughout their ownership journey and serve as a trusted dealership resource.
Product Knowledge & Continuous Learning
  • Become a subject matter expert on Audi vehicle technology, connectivity, mobile applications, and emerging features.
  • Stay current on new vehicle launches, software updates, and technology enhancements.
  • Participate in ongoing training and certification programs.
  • Share knowledge and best practices with dealership staff.
Future Growth & Acquisition Support

As the position develops, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Supporting dealership events, demonstrations, and community outreach activities.
  • Engaging prospective customers interested in Audi technology and ownership benefits.
  • Helping create memorable experiences that generate referrals and repeat business.
QualificationsRequired
