Structured 6-8 week entry-level training program in dealership Sales BDC progressing to sales floor. Trainees learn customer communication, CRM lead management, appointment setting, product knowledge, test drives, and full sales process through coaching, role-play, shadowing, and manufacturer training with goal of transitioning into a Sales Consultant role.

Lead external communications for the Americas, developing and executing PR strategies to raise firm profile, drive earned media, counsel partners, manage issues/crisis response, coordinate with digital and BD teams, run media monitoring/reporting, and manage external agencies to support US and Latin America growth priorities.

Respond to inbound leads and guide clients to furnished housing solutions for business travel, relocations, insurance claims, and temporary needs. Prepare quotes, manage bookings in CRM/reservation systems, maintain property information, follow up with clients, and monitor sales performance while contributing to team goals.

Design detailed mechanical, electrical, and automation installation drawings and models for data center monitoring systems. Produce layouts, multi-view part drawings, BOMs, and submittals; ensure compliance with standards; coordinate with manufacturers, engineers, programmers, and fabricators; supervise project-level design tasks and documentation; support integration, debugging, and client-facing solution development.

Handle inbound customer inquiries and perform outbound sales outreach to qualify leads, provide basic pricing, prepare quotes, maintain CRM records, coordinate with internal teams, and support customer onboarding while following defined sales processes and performance metrics.

Support designers and business managers on kitchen and bath projects after contracts are signed: plan and schedule projects, quote preliminary designs, order materials, process payments, pursue leads, drive sales, and deliver excellent customer service in a showroom environment.

Provide bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative support: answer calls, greet visitors, manage mail, supplies, equipment maintenance, filing, scheduling, data entry, customer service, and support leadership and branch operations.

Lead design, delivery, and evaluation of enterprise learning programs including leadership development, onboarding, compliance training, LMS administration, succession planning, and organizational development to improve engagement, retention, and leadership capability.

Provide front-desk, concierge-level client service and administrative support: appointment scheduling, meeting prep, custodian paperwork, CRM updates, facilities coordination, and support firm initiatives while ensuring compliance and high-quality client service.

Manage a high-volume pipeline of qualified leads, deliver product demos via Google Meet, use a CRM to advance sales, educate clients on accounting services through consultative selling, and maintain client relationships with strong follow-up. Attend training and perform additional assigned duties.
