Serve as strategic liaison for a limited portfolio, managing program delivery, timelines, budgets and client relationships. Drive client retention and growth through upsell/cross-sell, coordinate internal teams, provide regular updates and business reviews, and meet moderate quota/commission targets. Provide administrative support across recruitment and onboarding: coordinate pre-employment logistics, manage drug screens and background checks, maintain employee and certification records for technologists, track compliance and expirations, serve as new-hire point of contact, maintain HR systems and reports, and support HR initiatives while ensuring confidentiality and strong communication.

Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives across the Americas, adapting global strategies to regional markets. Lead campaign development and rollout across digital and offline channels, manage content, social, email, events, and agency partners, monitor analytics and KPIs, and support country teams to drive brand awareness, visitor acquisition, member growth, and engagement.

Design, validate, and document HPC/AI networking solutions; qualify and close sales opportunities in Japan; deliver technical presentations; author technical materials; gather and align customer requirements; travel to conferences and customer sites to position solutions.

Maintain and process bi-weekly payroll for drivers and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now and Timebank. Run payroll and overtime reports, track PTO, process garnishments and terminations, prepare PTO liability and year-end W-2s, ensure compliance with federal/state/local laws, and produce monthly/quarterly/annual reports. Support corporate requests and maintain document retention.
