Serve as the executional backbone for the CEO and startup team. Responsibilities include managing the CEO’s calendar and client calls, writing internal and external communications, coordinating recruiting events and onboarding, managing office needs, supporting marketing, operations, finance, and recruiting, and creating scalable processes in a fast-growing 0-to-1 environment.

Provide advanced technical support for complex customer issues involving SaaS, mobile applications, SDK integrations, and backend and frontend frameworks. Troubleshoot, document, and reproduce issues; manage Zendesk and support processes; create knowledge bases; report on service levels and root cause analyses; train customers; and collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Sales to improve support operations.

The role also assists with key accounts, sales reporting, monthly sales goals, and special projects while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Direct the Permian Basin Area Health Education Center by planning and evaluating health career programs, managing staff, budgets, grants, compliance, reporting, and partnerships. Build relationships with healthcare, education, civic, and community organizations across a 27-county region; assess workforce needs; support rural communities; coordinate student stipends; oversee advisory board engagement; and represent the program at meetings and conferences.

Own and scale the corporate three-statement financial model; lead monthly/quarterly forecasting; build scenario plans; analyze financial performance; prepare executive and board reporting; partner with Accounting and business leaders to drive financial alignment and tool/process improvements.

Plan, direct, and control tribal finances including budgeting, fund and grant accounting, reconciliations, and financial reporting. Supervise accounting staff, ensure compliance with GAAP/GASB/OMB (2CFR200), lead annual and single audits, advise on cash management and investments, develop accounting systems and manuals, and provide training and technical assistance.

The Director of Protein Engineering will lead the FUSE team, managing scientists and advancing yeast display platforms, ensuring effective drug discovery for cancer treatments.

Provide legal support across contracts, technology, marketing, operations, and risk. Draft, review, and negotiate agreements (including SaaS, NDAs, vendor contracts); manage general liability litigation and disputes; advise on cybersecurity and PII compliance; handle regulatory inquiries and IP protection; mentor legal staff and review team-prepared documents.

The Claims Manager will oversee daily operations, manage the team, ensure compliance, resolve claims, and maintain service excellence.

The Enterprise Account Executive will close new business, grow key accounts, build client relationships, manage the pipeline, and report results while contributing to team culture and strategy.
