Job Title: Client Case Project Manager

A growing professional services organization is seeking an experienced Client Case Project Manager to join its team.

This position serves as a key liaison between internal technical professionals and external clients, including attorneys, law firms, insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and other business partners. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, comfortable managing competing priorities, and experienced working in a fast-paced professional environment.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client cases and serve as the intermediary between the Engineer and the Client.
  • Manage all activities from the time a client case is accepted through project completion and case closure. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, handling new case intake calls, scoping projects and preparing estimates, conducting client pre-billing reviews, managing case files and materials, establishing deadlines, and scheduling and coordinating calendars, telephone calls, inspections, depositions, and trials for Engineers serving as expert witnesses. Perform quality assurance checks to ensure each project is completed accurately and satisfactorily.
  • Regularly interact and correspond with attorneys, law firms, insurance agencies, third-party administrators (TPAs), and other clients.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between the organization and its clients.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Consistently meet deadlines, including urgent and time-sensitive requests.
  • Effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Manage a high volume of cases and associated deadlines in a timely and organized manner.
  • Be available after hours, as needed, to assist with urgent matters.
  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Paralegal certification and/or legal services experience strongly preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within the professional services, legal, or insurance industry required.
  • Must be highly organized, with excellent time management skills and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
  • Must be able to work effectively as part of a team and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Proficiency with file-sharing software, such as ShareFile, Dropbox, or similar platforms, is highly desired.
  • Notary Public designation is a plus.
