Own consumer app and web product strategy, roadmap, requirements, analytics, research, experimentation, releases, and outcomes. Oversee critical payment, wallet, ledger, settlement, and partner-integration systems; establish engineering standards, SLOs, incident practices, and developer tooling; review high-impact designs; and develop engineering managers and technical leads. Partner with Product, Risk, Compliance, leadership, board members, banking partners, and customers while planning for significant transaction-volume growth.

Serves as the technical bridge between customers, Sales, and technology teams. Leads technical discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, workshops, proofs of concept, and evaluations using HERE data, APIs, mapping, routing, spatial analytics, cloud, AI, and enterprise integration. Partners with Sales to qualify opportunities, reduce technical risk, develop proposals and reusable presales assets, and guide customers toward location-intelligence solutions.

Leads global B2B demand generation across acquisition, ABM, lifecycle marketing, integrated campaigns, conversion, pipeline acceleration, and customer expansion. Owns marketing-sourced pipeline, budget, performance reporting, experimentation, marketing technology scale, and agency relationships. Builds and coaches a demand generation team while partnering with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships to drive qualified pipeline and revenue across complex enterprise markets.

Respond to customer inquiries through chat, phone, and email; resolve technical issues and escalations; promote product adoption; help customers maximize platform functionality; contribute to knowledge-base content; and collaborate with Sales, Product, QA, and Account Management. The role supports SaaS customers using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs to troubleshoot and drive long-term success.

Build and operate production software for active clinical trials, including clinical-system integrations, trial data flows, site activation, monitoring, and signal detection. Design AI-native agents and pipelines with auditability, provenance tracking, and human review in regulated GxP environments. Own multi-quarter technical initiatives, collaborate with clinical, regulatory, QA, data, and infrastructure teams, mentor engineers, and improve validated software delivery workflows.
