Provide meal preparation, tray assembly, dishwashing, and timely resident meal delivery. Maintain sanitation, follow food safety and therapeutic diet guidelines, assist inventory and kitchen organization, and support a team-focused dining experience for senior residents.

Provide compassionate nursing care to long-term care residents: administer medications and treatments, monitor conditions, document care accurately, communicate changes to the healthcare team, and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff to promote resident-centered care.

Lead and coordinate the MDS assessment process, ensure timely and accurate CMS-compliant documentation, oversee care planning and interdisciplinary meetings, monitor case mix and reimbursement, maintain regulatory compliance, support quality measures and survey readiness, and collaborate with nursing leadership to improve resident outcomes.

Prepare and serve nutritious meals for residents, assist with food preparation, tray service and meal delivery, maintain a clean kitchen, follow food safety and sanitation standards, collaborate with the dietary team, and create a warm, welcoming dining experience.

Oversee facility financial and administrative operations including AR/AP, payroll, resident trust accounts, Medicare/Medicaid billing, collections, admissions support, reconciliations, and supervising business office staff to ensure compliance and accurate reporting.
