This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, keeping operations organized, and enhancing the daily lives of our residents.
You'll work closely with residents, families, and department leaders to ensure exceptional customer service, meaningful resident engagement, and efficient day-to-day administrative operations.

This leadership position oversees the facility's Social Services Department, Activities Department, and Business Office. The successful candidate will advocate for residents, coordinate meaningful activities, provide administrative support, and help ensure a welcoming, organized, and compassionate environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff.
ResponsibilitiesSocial Services-
Complete psychosocial assessments and maintain individualized care plans

Assist residents and families with admissions, care conferences, transitions, and discharge planning

Advocate for residents' rights and connect families with appropriate community resources

Maintain required documentation and ensure regulatory compliance

Plan, organize, and oversee engaging activities and special events
-
Encourage resident participation and enhance quality of life
-
Coordinate activity calendars, volunteers, and community involvement

Ensure activities meet the physical, emotional, social, and cognitive needs of residents

Welcome residents, families, and visitors while providing outstanding customer service

Assist with general office operations, filing, phone calls, and administrative support

Maintain organized records and assist with admissions paperwork and resident accounts as needed

Support department managers with clerical and operational tasks

Previous experience in long-term care or healthcare preferred

Experience in social services, activities, business office, or healthcare administration is preferred

Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills

Strong computer and administrative skills

Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work independently
