Wabash Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are currently hiring for day, evening, and night shifts, giving you multiple full-time schedule options.

Full-Time Shifts Available

Day Shift
6:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Evening Shift
2:00 PM – 10:00 PM

Night Shift
6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

CompensationCNA Wage Scale – Based on Verified Experience

Less than 1 year: $17.00/hour
1 year: $18.50/hour
2 years: $19.50/hour
3 years: $20.50/hour
4 years: $21.50/hour
5 years: $22.50/hour
6+ years: $23.50/hour

Additional Differentials

Night Shift: +$2.00/hour
Weekends: +$2.00/hour

Annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, dining, and mobility
Provide compassionate care while promoting dignity and independence
Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation
Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team
Complete accurate and timely documentation
Work alongside nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment

Qualifications

Current Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Must be at least 18 years of age
Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable attendance and positive work ethic
Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
New CNAs are welcome and encouraged to apply!
