Du Quoin Nursing & Rehabilitation is looking for dependable, hardworking team members to join our Dietary and Housekeeping teams.

You don't have to provide direct resident care to make a difference in their day. Whether you're preparing meals or helping keep our facility clean and comfortable, your work plays an important part in creating a welcoming home for our residents.

Shifts Available:

• 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM

• 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Pay: $16.00 per hour

• Applicants must be 18 years of age or older

• Prepare and serve meals according to menus and dietary requirements

• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen

• Follow food safety and sanitation standards

• Work alongside the dietary team to provide quality meals for our residents

2:00 PM – 9:00 PM

Pay: $15.00 per hour

• Help maintain clean and comfortable resident rooms and common areas

• Complete routine cleaning and sanitation

• Restock supplies as needed

• Help create a safe and welcoming environment for residents, families, and staff

• Dependable and consistent attendance

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Strong work ethic

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to providing excellent service to our residents

• Previous experience is a plus, but not required

Hourly employees receive an annual performance evaluation with the potential for a pay increase based on performance.
