Imboden Creek Senior Living & Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as our Director of Nursing (DON).

With a stable census and consistent staffing environment, this opportunity allows an experienced nursing leader to focus on what matters: developing a strong clinical team, maintaining quality outcomes, strengthening nursing operations, and providing exceptional resident care.

Compensation & Incentives
  • $95,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

  • $10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Your Role as Director of Nursing

As DON, you'll provide leadership and direction for the nursing department while working closely with facility leadership to maintain strong clinical operations and quality resident care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the daily operations of the nursing department

  • Develop, mentor, and support nursing team members

  • Maintain high standards for resident care, safety, and clinical outcomes

  • Oversee nursing staffing and scheduling

  • Ensure compliance with state and federal skilled nursing regulations

  • Monitor clinical documentation and resident assessments

  • Collaborate with physicians, medical providers, residents, and families

  • Support recruitment, training, and retention of nursing staff

  • Oversee nursing department supplies, expenses, and budget needs

  • Identify opportunities for clinical and operational improvement

  • Collaborate with facility leadership and interdisciplinary departments

What We're Looking For
  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required

  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience required

  • Previous nursing leadership or management experience

  • Strong knowledge of state and federal long-term care regulations

  • Proven ability to lead, train, and develop nursing staff

  • Strong clinical and resident assessment skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to confidently lead in a fast-paced healthcare environment
