As Head of Human Resources, you'll lead Group HR strategy, workforce planning, compliance, and cultural initiatives across business units, while advising executive leadership and managing talent acquisition and governance frameworks.

Support day-to-day accounting for a logistics business: record purchases, manage petty cash, post vouchers in Tally ERP, prepare statutory returns, liaise with banks/auditors/stakeholders, maintain filing, and assist reconciliations and month-end close.

Manage daily operations of the Tanzania branch, drive business growth in medical tourism, coordinate patient treatment journeys, and build healthcare relationships.

Inspect, maintain, repair, replace, and monitor tyres for heavy trucks, trailers, and tankers. Perform pressure checks, puncture and bead repairs, tyre changing, wheel inspections, balancing, and roadside breakdown responses. Maintain records, follow HSE and workshop SOPs, use tyre handling equipment safely, and support cost-reduction initiatives.

The Stores Lead manages inventory operations, ensures material flow, oversees team performance, maintains accuracy, and implements improvements within a manufacturing setting.

Manage logistics financial analysis, cost control, and reporting. Prepare route- and vehicle-level costing, reconcile operational data (GPS, fuel) with accounts, support budgeting and forecasts, strengthen controls, build Excel costing models and dashboards, and identify cost-saving and profitability improvements.

Lead the hospitality sales function to drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies, securing new business across market segments, managing key accounts, mentoring the sales team, collaborating with operations and marketing, maintaining CRM pipelines, preparing forecasts and reports, and ensuring exceptional client relationships and profitability.

The Accounts & Treasury Officer oversees payroll processing, manages accounts receivable and payable, coordinates treasury functions, and ensures compliance with financial policies.
