from the centralized transactional finance function. Act as the finance SAP superuser (SAP champion): guardian of data
integrity, correct system usage and standard reporting. Business-facing role focused on clarity, discipline and decision

Key Responsibilities
1) Management Reporting & Performance Control
Overview effectiveness of Daily Reporting
Deliver monthly management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, KPIs) with clear commentary.
Perform analytical review of transactional outputs (completeness, accuracy, cut-off, unusual movements).
Produce and present variance analysis (actual vs budget/forecast/prior) with root-cause and actions.
Maintain standardized reporting packs by site/plant, product, customer/channel.
2) Budgeting, Forecasting & Business Planning
Lead annual budget and periodic rolling forecast cycles.
Build scenario analyses (volume, yield, input costs, FX, pricing) and quantify impacts.
Support investment and operational decisions with business cases and sensitivity analysis.
3) Costing, Pricing & Margin Management (Manufacturing/Agriculture)
Own costing methodology: standard/actual costing, BOM & routings, overhead absorption.
Analyze yield, scrap, downtime, efficiency and production variances (materials, labor, overhead).
Maintain and validate pricing models, price updates, margin bridges and profitability by product/customer.
Identify margin leakage and drive corrective actions with Operations and Commercial.
4) Cash Flow, Working Capital & Treasury Reporting
Produce weekly cash position and 13-week cash flow forecast; reconcile forecast vs actual.
Monitor and report working capital: AR aging/collections, AP maturity, inventory days and slow-moving stock.
5) Internal Controls, SAP Ownership & Finance Process Ownership
Define and enforce finance control standards: close calendar, reconciliations, approvals, segregation of duties.
Ensure audit-ready documentation and compliance with group policies.
Act as finance SAP superuser / champion: own FI/CO processes, master data governance (cost/profit centers,
material master, BOM & routings), change requests, UAT and sign-off.
Train and support key users; drive SAP adoption, standard reporting and removal of manual workarounds.
6) Business Partnering
Act as the financial partner to Dairy, Farms, Milk Division and Feed Mills
Translate operational performance into financial impact
Challenge assumptions and support decisions on pricing, production, and investments
Remain independent from operations while being close to the business

Requirements
Profile & Skills
Manufacturing/agriculture controlling experience with strong costing and margin analytics
Strong cash flow forecasting and working capital discipline
Proven SAP superuser (FI/CO) with MM/PP/SD integration knowledge; extracts, structures and validates data
directly in SAP
Advanced Excel and SAP reporting/BI; ownership mindset for systems; strong with data structures
Structured, pragmatic, independent; able to challenge and drive actions cross-functionally
Skills Required
- Manufacturing or agriculture controlling experience
- Strong costing and margin analytics experience
- Strong cash-flow forecasting and working-capital discipline
- Proven SAP superuser experience in FI/CO
- Knowledge of SAP MM, PP, and SD integration
