Our client in the automotive industry is seeking a highly organized and professional Legal Personnel to manage the company’s legal and compliance matters. The Legal Personnel will be responsible for handling day-to-day legal operations, drafting and reviewing contracts, managing legal documentation, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day legal and compliance matters for the company.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation.
- Follow up on legal documentation and ensure proper record keeping.
- Assist with litigation matters and coordinate with external advocates when required.
- Provide legal guidance and support to internal departments when necessary.
- Ensure company operations comply with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or related legal qualification.
- Must be a registered/stamped Advocate.
- Previous experience working in a law firm will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in a similar legal role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal documentation, contract management, and compliance matters.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously.
- Professional, responsive, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Skills Required
