Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager (Content & Brand) to lead the company's digital marketing and brand positioning initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing strategies, creating engaging multimedia content, managing social media platforms, driving lead generation through digital campaigns, and strengthening overall brand awareness. Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and continuously optimize the company's digital marketing strategy to increase brand visibility, customer engagement, and lead generation.
- Create, publish, and manage high-quality digital content across multiple platforms, ensuring consistency with the company's brand identity and marketing objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, film, and edit professional photo and video content for use across digital marketing channels.
- Manage all company social media platforms by developing content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with audiences, and monitoring platform performance.
- Execute and manage paid digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn to maximize campaign effectiveness and return on investment.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare performance reports, and implement data-driven improvements to marketing activities.
- Manage website content, ensuring information remains current, engaging, and optimized for search engines (SEO).
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, strengthen customer relationships, and promote company services.
- Support recruitment marketing initiatives by creating employer branding content and promotional campaigns to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support business development and revenue growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline marketing channels, communications, and promotional materials.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of proven experience in digital marketing, content marketing, brand management, or a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience creating engaging written, visual, photo, and video content for digital platforms.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Solid understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), and website content management.
- Experience developing and executing email marketing campaigns using modern marketing platforms.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content development skills with exceptional written and verbal English communication.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven marketing decisions.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong creativity, commercial awareness, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
