Lead planning, execution, and maintenance of large-scale agricultural infrastructure and farm development projects. Oversee multidisciplinary engineering functions (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation), manage budgets and contractors, ensure regulatory and ESG compliance, implement maintenance and automation programs, and mentor engineering teams while liaising with stakeholders and government authorities.

Lead development and operation of a large-scale banana plantation and export business, overseeing agronomy, production planning, post-harvest, quality, logistics, CAPEX/OPEX, compliance, ESG, and commercial strategy while building teams and driving profitability and operational excellence.

Manage all accounting and financial operations including financial statement preparation, reporting, AP/AR, reconciliations, audits, tax compliance, and accounting policies. Oversee accounting department, optimize financial systems, perform financial analysis, and provide insights to senior management and the Board to support strategic decisions.
