Source, engage, and manage pipelines of top international talent across functions. Coordinate screening, guide candidates through the hiring process, support job descriptions and recruitment campaigns, partner with hiring managers, and help design recruitment processes and reporting while representing REVERs culture.

Identify and close large enterprise accounts in France for REVER's returns automation. Conduct technical demos, negotiate contracts and pricing, build C-Level relationships, coordinate onboarding with Product/Tech/Operations, meet revenue targets, and represent the company at industry events.

Manage and grow Italian enterprise accounts as the bridge between sales and tech: negotiate and close high-value deals, onboard clients, drive revenue and pipeline growth, work cross-functionally, and represent REVER at industry events.

Conduct proactive research and high-volume outreach (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) to schedule meetings with decision-makers, qualify prospects, support Account Executives, refine sales messaging and processes, and collaborate on product feedback to drive adoption and meet performance goals in a fast-growing e‑commerce returns startup.

Contribute to the Tech team by analyzing data to inform product roadmap and prioritization, interact with clients and internal teams to understand needs, make data-driven decisions, and lead development ownership of impactful features.

Proactively research and target potential clients, improve sales messaging and prospecting, qualify leads, support the Account Executive, manage day-to-day sales tasks and client relationships, collaborate on product development, and exceed performance goals while staying updated on company offerings.
