Role Overview:We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance / audit, venture capital (VC), private equity (PE), and corporate finance, with a keen interest in start-ups. The Finance Analyst will support REVER’s founders in investor discussions, prepare financial reports, and assist in fundraising efforts. Additionally, this role will involve financial administration and support for REVER’s clients, working closely with the product and operations teams.
You Will:Support the founders in investor conversations by preparing financial models, reports, and key metrics.
Assist in fundraising efforts, including preparing investment materials and conducting financial analysis.
Develop and maintain financial reporting for internal and external stakeholders.
Work closely with the product and operations teams to provide financial support to clients.
Ensure accurate and timely financial data collection, analysis, and reporting.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support business growth.
Provide insights on financial performance and suggest improvements based on data analysis.
2-4 years of experience in finance, venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or corporate finance.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools.
Experience in preparing financial reports and investment materials.
Ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with investors and stakeholders.
A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to work independently.
Interest in start-ups, fundraising, and corporate finance.
