Serve as the bridge between sales and tech to manage and support ecommerce clients, drive operational excellence, contribute product feedback, meet performance goals, and foster strategic relationships to scale REVER in Spain.

Build and scale a return-management product for eCommerce. Solve challenging frontend problems, own software from infrastructure to product, collaborate with product and e-commerce leaders, iterate quickly, and contribute to a high-performance engineering team in Barcelona.

Contribute to the Tech team by analyzing data to inform product roadmap and prioritization, interact with clients and internal teams to understand needs, make data-driven decisions, and lead development ownership of impactful features.
