The role also maintains operating controls, participates in sales and management meetings, and meets monthly performance objectives.

Manages the dealership’s Business Development Center and BDR team to achieve sales forecasts, appointment targets, customer follow-up standards, and financial goals. Oversees sales inquiries, reporting, advertising ROI, expenses, performance metrics, recruitment, training, and team motivation while maintaining effective coordination with dealership sales and service departments.

Use BDC CRM and scripts, follow dealership policies, track inventory and promotions, meet daily/weekly goals, and maintain accurate records while participating in ongoing training and collaborating with sales staff.
