Manage applicant tracking and HRIS tasks including creating offer letters, running background and drug screens, onboarding hires into HRIS, maintaining requisitions and recruiting vendors, updating intranet and documents, and supporting HR manager as needed.

Make inbound and outbound calls to set appointments, follow up with customers, manage BDC CRM entries, promote sales promotions, meet set call and appointment goals, and support dealership communication and training.

Manage and lead new and used vehicle sales team to meet sales and gross objectives. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate sales staff; conduct meetings and training; oversee sales records, appraisals, inventory recommendations, and coordination with service, parts, and business office. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and implementation of prospecting and advertising programs.

Contact new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries to set appointments, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Use BDC CRM and scripts, follow dealership policies, track inventory and promotions, meet daily/weekly goals, and maintain accurate records while participating in ongoing training and collaborating with sales staff.

Manage dealership finance processes: submit and obtain approvals from finance sources, prepare penetration and forecasting reports, coordinate with sales and service teams on warranties and paperwork, maintain daily logs, meet monthly objectives, assist in negotiating sales, and cultivate relationships with finance and insurance partners.

Manage new and used vehicle sales operations: forecast goals, hire/train/coach sales staff, set objectives, monitor performance, run meetings, recommend inventory, support advertising, coordinate with service/parts/business office, and ensure customer delivery standards.

Manage and finalize dealership finance deals end-to-end: structure deals, ensure compliance and accurate paperwork, obtain lender approvals, present finance products to customers, maintain lender relationships, track finance performance, forecast and report metrics, and collaborate with sales and service teams to maximize profitability.

Manage new and used vehicle sales team: hire, train, schedule, set targets, monitor performance, run sales meetings, assist with appraisals, inventory recommendations, advertising, and cross-department coordination to meet sales and gross objectives.

Greet visitors, answer and route incoming calls, provide basic information, take messages, and perform other front-desk duties to ensure a positive customer experience.

Manage finance-related paperwork and customer follow-up for vehicle sales. Coordinate with finance sources, service department, and accounting. Ensure accuracy of titles, liens, taxes, and satisfaction forms. Maintain relationships with lenders and insurance providers, attend managers meetings, and control daily operations and product cancellations.
