Manage applicant tracking and HRIS tasks including creating offer letters, running background and drug screens, onboarding hires into HRIS, maintaining requisitions and recruiting vendors, updating intranet and documents, and supporting HR manager as needed.

Make inbound and outbound calls to set appointments, follow up with customers, manage BDC CRM entries, promote sales promotions, meet set call and appointment goals, and support dealership communication and training.

Manage and lead new and used vehicle sales team to meet sales and gross objectives. Hire, train, schedule, coach, and evaluate sales staff; conduct meetings and training; oversee sales records, appraisals, inventory recommendations, and coordination with service, parts, and business office. Ensure regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, and implementation of prospecting and advertising programs.
