Administer HR programs covering compensation, benefits, leave, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, workers’ compensation, and FMLA records. Support employees, managers, HR staff, and administrative coordinators; manage HR files, audits, meetings, events, organizational content, and employee engagement communications. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, applicant tracking, training, acquisitions, and employment-law compliance.

Manages dealership finance transactions, including submitting deals for approval, reviewing contracts, coordinating with finance sources and insurance providers, and ensuring accurate title, lien, and tax information. Tracks finance penetration, profitability, customer follow-up, satisfaction documentation, and daily operating metrics. Partners with sales and service teams, supports negotiations, attends management meetings, and works toward monthly objectives.

Contact new and existing customers via inbound and outbound calls and internet inquiries to set appointments, promote sales, and ensure customer satisfaction. Use BDC CRM and scripts, follow dealership policies, track inventory and promotions, meet daily/weekly goals, and maintain accurate records while participating in ongoing training and collaborating with sales staff.
