Follow up and warm leads, manage and update lead database, handle customer inquiries via phone/email/chat, schedule appointments and manage calendars, coordinate meetings with Yolanda, and propose process improvements to increase efficiency.

Configure network hardware/software, ensure security and high availability, deploy and optimize cloud resources (AWS/Azure/GCP), automate operations with IaC and scripting, document systems, provide technical support, and collaborate with IT teams to integrate and improve systems.

Design, build, and maintain automated workflows and API/webhook integrations to streamline onboarding, payments, and scheduling. Create dashboards and automated reports using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau; use SQL for data extraction and validation. Provide technical support, ensure data security/compliance, document processes, and train team members to improve operational efficiency.

Design, build, and maintain scalable server-side applications using Meteor.js and Node.js. Develop secure REST and GraphQL APIs, integrate third-party services, manage NoSQL databases, implement auth (OAuth2/JWT), maintain CI/CD and testing, monitor server health, and contribute to architecture and performance optimizations.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, reconcile vendor and bank statements, maintain bookkeeping, assist month-end close and financial reporting, support audits and compliance, and recommend process improvements to ensure accurate financial operations.

Coordinate, schedule, confirm, and follow up on client appointments; maintain calendars and records; handle cancellations/rescheduling; provide pre-appointment instructions; use scheduling software; communicate with clients and departments to resolve conflicts and deliver excellent customer service.
