We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), Agile, or Scrum, and a strong understanding of project life cycle management, change management processes, and experience working in DevOps environments.

The ideal candidate is an experienced administrative professional with exceptional communication and organizational skills, a proven track record of acting as a trusted strategic partner, and the ability to anticipate needs and handle complex responsibilities with autonomy in a virtual environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects throughout the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and organizational standards.

• Apply Agile, Scrum, or ITSM methodologies to optimize project workflows and deliverables.

• Oversee the change management process, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with Change Advisory Board (CAB) requirements.

• Utilize DevOps principles to streamline development and operational processes.

• Effectively execute and manage a KANBAN board, ensuring transparency, prioritization, and timely completion of tasks.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

• Ensure clear communication between stakeholders, providing regular status updates and reports.

• Take initiative in problem-solving while also following direction and organizational protocols.

• Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure project success and compliance with standards.

Required Qualifications:

• IT related degrees are preferrable.

• Minimum 4 years of project management experience in an IT-related environment.

• Experience with ITSM, Agile, Scrum, or DevOps methodologies.

• Familiarity with Change Advisory Board (CAB) procedures and best practices.

• Proficiency in KANBAN board execution and task tracking tools (e.g., Jira or Azure DevOps).

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to take initiative while following direction effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, ITIL, or other relevant certifications.

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with service delivery management in an IT setting.
