Own target-account research, personalized B2B outreach, partner-program applications, founder-call preparation, follow-up, and pipeline tracking. Build automation tools with Claude Code, Git, and APIs for enrichment, outreach, call briefs, and reporting. Support platform GTM through community posts, creator partnerships, directory listings, and landing-page tests. Coordinate pilot delivery administration and produce weekly GTM performance reports.

Create and publish social media content, manage freelance video editors, grow and engage a Discord community, write lifecycle emails and ads, and analyze performance metrics. The role requires hands-on social media experience, strong visual judgment, concise writing, practical use of AI tools, and awareness of current online trends.

Produce high-volume short-form video for Instagram and YouTube, from concept and storyboards to generation and final edit. Apply strong editing craft (pacing, motion, sound design), use AI creative tools fluently, publish independently, and optimize content for trends and retention.

Work across growth, funnel analytics, user research, product QA, competitive market analysis, and ad hoc operational tasks. Own outbound/paid campaigns end-to-end, identify funnel drop-offs, run user interviews, test product releases, and drive fixes and launches.
