The Role

One Impression is one of the World’s largest influencer marketing platforms, helping over 300+ global brands ranging from enterprises such as Unilever, Nestle, Amazon to startups such as Meesho, Nykaa, CoinSwitch. We are active in over 12 countries including India, US, Australia, the Middle East, etc, and have a network of over 6.5 Mil + influencers across Instagram & YouTube. Our creator network is one of the largest ranging from top celebrities to nano creators in over 10+ languages.

What You'll Work On

As a Marketing Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience executing high-stakes marketing campaigns and growth programs. You’ll be a part of key projects, including but not limited to:

Creator Referral Program:

Design and manage referral strategies with our onboarded creators.

Optimize link-in-bio placements for lead generation.

Monitor traction and suggest growth improvements.

Incentive Programs:

Curate reward structures like free credits for leads generated.

Coordinate with internal teams to track outcomes and success metrics.

Innovative Live Projects:

Be an integral part of new-age marketing experiments from ideation to execution.

Work directly with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.

Who We’re Looking For

Super smart individuals with strong analytical and communication skills.
Students/recent graduates from top-tier institutes (IITs, BITs, VIT, IIMs, ISB, etc.) preferred.
Excellent problem-solving, logical reasoning, and math aptitude.
Confident, articulate, and well-presented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Passionate about marketing and eager to learn through real-world exposure.
