Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Receivable (Zoho books, invoicing, receipts) and Accounts Payable (booking and payments)
- Ensure statutory compliances and filing of returns such as TDS, PF, GST, and MSME
- Reconcile TDS, GST, and PF with books of accounts.
- Audit Support: Provide support during internal and external audit processes by offering documentation, explanations, and reconciliations.
- Perform / ensure periodic reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and ensure compliance with organization policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support in preparation of all financial reporting materials in accordance with applicable accounting framework.
Qualifications
- Semi Qualified CA who has completed 3years of articleship and gave CA finals attempts.
- Good knowledge of Tally
- Strong proficiency in Excel
