Responsibilities:

• Convert comprehensive Figma designs into functional Webflow & Hubspot websites.
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs, maintaining fidelity to the original creative vision.
• Develop responsive designs optimized across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketing teams, and content creators to ensure clarity and alignment of project objectives.
• Optimize websites for maximum speed, SEO, and user accessibility standards.
• Conduct rigorous QA and debugging to guarantee website stability and seamless user experience.
• Maintain and update existing Webflow & Hubspot sites, ensuring continuous performance and design consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest Webflow & Hubspot features, design trends, and web technologies to proactively recommend improvements and innovations.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience translating Figma designs into high-quality Webflow & Hubspot websites.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow & Hubspot , including CMS integration, custom interactions, and animations.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and performance optimization.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of clearly articulating technical concepts to non-technical team members.

Preferred Experience:

• Portfolio showcasing past work specifically with Figma-to-Webflow and Hubspot projects.
• Experience in working remotely, with proven self-management skills.
