Lead a centrally‑federated team of Data Stewards and Data Quality Analysts to operationalize data governance. Translate policies into stewardship processes, enforce consistent definitions and quality rules, oversee issue escalation and remediation, embed stewardship into projects, monitor KPIs, and partner with governance, engineering, and business stakeholders to maintain metadata, lineage, and data fitness.

The role requires strong communication, technical aptitude, process improvement skills, attention to detail, and comfort working in a regulated environment.

Monitors and maintains enterprise server, storage, data protection, and virtualization systems. Installs and configures VMware and Windows Server environments, administers Exchange, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related infrastructure, and supports enterprise data protection solutions. Participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation, communicates with technical and business users, and works on-site in Oklahoma City. Cloud, Nutanix, OpenShift, service desk, and banking experience are preferred.

Develop and expand commercial client relationships in the Las Vegas market. Originate, underwrite, and close profitable commercial loans ranging from $1 million to $50 million, acquire deposits, manage client portfolios, provide exceptional service, and sell comprehensive commercial banking solutions.

Manage marketing strategy and execution for credit card products to grow acquisition, activation, usage, and retention. Own campaign planning, project timelines, collateral and website updates, performance tracking/reporting, and sales support while coordinating with sponsorship, legal, compliance, product, and marketing teams to meet business goals.

Lead the Salesforce product for Commercial Banking Sales by defining user stories, managing the product backlog and roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors, supporting agile teams, and ensuring regulatory and enterprise alignment. Drive analysis, OCM, UAT, and trainings while partnering with risk, compliance, and technology to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.

Manage debit card dispute processing and customer support via phone and email, ensure Regulation E and card network compliance, perform risk mitigation, collaborate with partners (Visa, MasterCard, FIS, Datacard), maintain procedures, cross-train, and recommend process improvements.

Support Voice of the Customer initiatives and analyze customer feedback from surveys, reviews, and complaints. Maintain CX reporting, manage projects and third-party survey vendors, implement process and technology improvements, coordinate training, present findings to management, and participate in management development.

Maintain and support assigned applications, servers and related devices. Provide user support, manage user access/configuration/security/uptime, monitor vendor updates, test upgrades, assist with integrations/customizations, monitor/report systems (including critical/after-hours response), and ensure compliance with vulnerability management, disaster recovery redundancy, and proper handling of sensitive data.

The Managing Director will develop lasting relationships, pursue business development for a profitable loan portfolio, and manage commercial real estate customer relationships.
